Italian injection machine and molding systems supplier Negri Bossi (Milan, Italy), a member of the Sacmi Group, has signed a deal with the resurgent automaker Fiat (Turin, Italy) that is worth more than €10 million ($15.5 million). Through this contract, Negri Bossi will supply five complete and fully-automated production cells, each based on one of the company's 3500 metric ton Bi-Power molding machines, and each is capable of feeding an auto assembly line making 1500 or more cars per day.
